Men’s ASICS GT-2000 6 Trail Updates
This is the latest iteration of the GT-2000 series. This version features the same overall design as its predecessors, but it incorporates AHAR® rubber for durability, and Flytefoam® for cushioning. This is a stronger and comfier trail runner than earlier versions.
Size and Fit of the Men’s ASICS GT-2000 6 Trail
General Size and Fit
The ASICS GT-2000 6 Trail comes in a men’s regular width and features a 10mm heel-to-toe drop. The shoe runs a bit narrow, so it’s recommended you buy a half size up from your actual foot size.
Upper
The upper is made from woven mesh that’s tight enough to block debris, but still very breathable. There’s also a unique heel clutching system that follows the shape of your foot so that your heel won’t be slipping out while you’re running.
Midsole
The midsole is where ASICS infuses its score of technologies. Thanks to the well-oiled machine that is the DuoMax®, TRUSSTIC™, and Guidance Line® systems, your foot is given both strength and flexibility in just the right areas. For cushioning, you’ve got Gel® and Solyte™ shock absorbers, and SpEVA™ for rebound. You’re in for a smooth ride regardless of what rugged terrain you’re running on.
