90 Day VIP Test Run

VIPs always deserve the perfect fit! During the first 90 days after the initial purchase date, VIP Family Members may exchange worn footwear for credit towards footwear of a different make, style or size. If you do not request an exchange at the time the footwear is returned, a merchandise credit e-gift card will be issued and emailed to the VIP Family Member's email address on file.

  1. TRY 'EM FOR 30 MINUTES: Be safe! Slap those puppies on right away & wear 'em inside your house for 30 minutes. You'll know if they're right for you before you even set foot outside or forget them in your closet.
  2. NOT YOUR TRUE LOVE? TRY A DIFFERENT PAIR!: If you don't love your shoes from the get-go, swap 'em out for a different pair. Just make sure your shoes are back before your time runs out!

You gotta check out ALL the amazing benefits of being VIP Family! Give us a ring at 800-743-3206 and sign up today. If you don't join the VIP Family, you still have up to 60 days to decide if you want to keep your apparel. However, you must return your apparel in new and unused condition with the original tags and packaging to be taken care of.

Be 100% sure you made the right accessory or electronics choice. Got doubts? Just return your item in new condition and its original unopened packaging within 60 days of your purchase date.

If you've performed the initial setup of your electronic device, or removed it from the packaging to test it, we cannot accept it back. If you believe your new electronics item is defective, we'll be happy to track down contact info for you to reach out to the manufacturer's Warranty and Support Team.

Road Runner Sports reserves the right to refuse service to customers who excessively return shoes, apparel, or accessories for exchange or refund. We hate to say it, but we simply can?t help these customers find the right product so they will lose out on our promise for Your Best Ever and will no longer be allowed to shop with Road Runner Sports. If the customer is a member of the VIP Family or Rewards Plus VIP Family, that membership will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

Bought your gear online or through your catalog? Your fastest way to swap out your items is to give us a ring at 800-743-3206 and reorder today. Or if you?re not in a rush, simply fill out the back of your package invoice and drop off with UPS, so we can take care of you lightning fast.

  1. Completely fill out your Return Form.
  2. Seal your Return Gear in a box or bag, with the Return Form inside.
  3. Apply the provided UPS Return Label* on outside of package. Be sure to cover any previous shipping labels.
  4. Drop off at any UPS Store or UPS Drop off location.
  5. Save the UPS Tracking number to track your return's progress, anytime at Ups.com
  6. Count on us to process your return within 5-7 days. You'll get an email from our team when we have completed your return.
