What People are Saying About the Women's Saucony Ride ISO
The roomy interior box was loved for its ability to provde enough space for plenty of toe splay. What’s that good for? Toe splay helps you naturally keep your balance while you’re walking and running, instead of narrowly cramping your feet and hindering your center of gravity.
Ladies who tried out the Ride ISO agreed that the supportive midsole helped alleviate pain stemming from knee and foot problems. If you’re beleaguered by joint issues, these might be the right supportive pair of trainers for you.
Runners also appreciated the ankle and heel support these Saucony shoes deliver. You won’t have to worry about your foot wobbling inside your shoes┐ even though your legs might feel a little wobbly on those intense hill climbs.
Women's Saucony Ride ISO Updates
The predecessor to the Ride ISO is the Saucony Ride 10. In this newer model, you’ll score the latest ISOKNIT material that replaces the older engineered mesh. Overall, the make has switched from a traditional running shoe construction to a more secure bootie design.
Size and Fit of the Women's Saucony Ride ISO
General Size and Fit
With a 8mm heel-to-toe drop, the Ride ISO comes in women’s medium and wide widths. For your best fit, we recommend going up one half size from your true foot size.
In the upper of the Ride ISO, you’ll find ISOKNIT, a new material that adapts to your particular foot anatomy and provides flexible breathability. In certain areas, the construction of the ISOKNIT is closed to provide more support. However, in the forefoot and lateral areas, you'll note more "pores" that allow your shoes to breathe. Saucony’s Dynamic Fit system serves up a supportive fit but doesn’t overly constrict your feet. At the rear of the shoe, you’ll find a synthetic frame that locks down the heel. And finally, the padded collar and tongue provide a super soft, comfortable feel to the top portion of your foot.
Run forever with the EVERUN foam unit, which gives you unbelievably responsive cushioning. It’s known for reliable energy return and serves up a fresh spring in your step from your first mile to the last.
A Tri-Flex crystal outsole keeps your Ride ISOs protected and maintains its structural integrity even as you’re crushing those long training days. Lugs provide traction in any condition, but won’t cause unwanted surface instability. Grooves on the platform of the outsole are placed in vertical and horizontal orientations to allow for flex and natural movement. At the end of the day, you need shoes that move with you, not against you.
